Kolach dough is subjective... each recipe may produce more or less dry, dense, moist, light, etc. kolaches than you like. Experiment and find what you like. Good luck!

http://www.czechheritage.org
http://www.texasczechs.com/recipes (use the recipe for klobasniky dough)
http://www.texasmonthly.com/food/kolaches/Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06155760748837413665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7228171507899212739.post-6917254263149006062015-08-25T10:47:28.773-07:002015-08-25T10:47:28.773-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Ms. Morrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02930470698239585374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7228171507899212739.post-19845511534345743742015-08-25T10:45:51.613-07:002015-08-25T10:45:51.613-07:00Is there a dough recipe to share? I've been making kolaches for several years now, but haven't made poppyseed yet, so I'm hoping the recipe you found works. Apple pecan looks good too, and you might consider dried cherry for a nice tart variant.

You mentioned you were shown how to do a wedding kolache- any chance of doing a video? I'd love to see the method.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05210048319307930694noreply@blogger.com
